The Tony White Group's Coffs Harbour Toyota branch is seeking a highly organised Pre-Delivery Admin Clerk on a 7-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You will support the pre-delivery workflow, manage vehicle documentation, and coordinate between sales, service and delivery teams.

Ideal candidates will have strong administrative skills, superb attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment while delivering accurate records and timely handovers.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to work independently in a busy environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and administration of new vehicle pre-deliveries
• Prepare and maintain accurate vehicle documentation and records
• Liaise with sales, service and pre-delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle handovers
• Monitor vehicle preparation progress and assist with scheduling
• Process paperwork and update dealership systems
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Provide general administrative support to the team as required
