ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Tony White Group, Coffs Harbour Toyota has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Truck Driver / Car Carrier Driver to join our team.

This role involves transporting vehicles between dealerships and other locations, ensuring safe and timely pickups and deliveries.

The successful applicant must hold a current unrestricted Australian HR licence and be able to provide a copy of their driving history.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely transport vehicles between dealerships and designated locations.
• Safely operate a car carrier truck to transport vehicles between locations.
• Load, secure and unload vehicles for transportation.
• Complete vehicle pickups and deliveries within required timeframes.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues.
• Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures.
• Work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Current unrestricted Australian HR driver's licence.
• Previous experience operating a car carrier truck and transporting vehicles.
• Safe driving record with the ability to provide a licence history.
• Experience loading, securing and transporting vehicles.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
