Job summary

Automotive Superstore in Meadowbrook, QLD, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Member to support customers via phone, email, webchat, and in-person interactions. You will help customers find the right parts, offer informed purchasing advice, and handle order-related inquiries with a focus on timely follow-ups and satisfaction.

The role requires calm professionalism, teamwork, and a genuine passion for cars, with preference for prior automotive parts store experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to remain calm and professional.
• Australian citizen or full-time visa holder with fluency in English.
• A passion for cars.
• Previous experience in an Automotive Parts Accessories store is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customer via phone, email, webchat and face to face.
• Help customers find the right parts for their cars.

• Handle customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries and product availability.

About the role:

Assist customer via phone, email, webchat and face to face

Help customers find the right parts for their cars

The successful applicant will possess:

Previous experience in an Automotive Parts Accessories store a PLUS (Auto Pro, Autobarn, Repco, Bursons, Supercheap Auto, AutoOne etc)
