Job summary

Inchcape Australasia is seeking a Network Development Coordinator in Norwest NSW to support network initiatives across our OEM brands. You will coordinate dealer onboarding, relocations, refurbishments and ownership changes, and produce reports and dashboards for performance reviews.

You will collaborate with brand teams, regional managers and retailers, manage stakeholder communications, and maintain governance documentation while delivering accurate data-driven insights in a dynamic automotive

Qualifications

• Coordination, administration, operations or commercial support experience.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience preparing reports and working with data.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate network development projects across multiple automotive brands.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation and activity schedules.
• Support dealer onboarding, relocations, refurbishments and ownership changes.
• Coordinate meetings, approvals and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and performance summaries.
• Analyse network and dealer performance data.
• Assist with market research, network planning and strategy projects.
• Maintain governance documentation and records.
• Collaborate with OEM brands, dealers and internal teams.
