Job summary

Zeekr International seeks a Network Manager to grow and support the dealer network across Australia. You will design and execute programs to improve dealer performance and retail growth, working with Zeekr management, field staff and dealers.

You will assess new dealer prospects, manage appointments and monitor performance. Travel nationally to oversee dealerships and events is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Network Manager role within Automotive.
• Experience managing retail or distributor level teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow and support the Zeekr dealer network.
• Develop and implement programs to grow dealers' retail business.
• Manage dealer programs and annual plans with Zeekr management.
• Monitor network performance and drive timely actions.
• Identify and assess new dealer prospects and manage appointments.
• Handle dealer terminations, relocations and related processes.
• Travel nationally to visit dealerships and events.
