Autosports Group is seeking a high-performing Business Manager for our Castle Hill Volkswagen & XPENG dealership. You’ll own finance volume, F&I income, and profitability in line with OEM targets, delivering an outstanding customer experience in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a Business Manager role within automotive finance.
• Focus on delivering outstanding customer experience and sales outcomes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support customer finance and insurance enquiries by phone, email and walk-in.
• Prepare and submit new finance and insurance applications.
• Maintain compliance with OEM Finance and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with settlement of new car purchases and develop sales opportunities.
