National Capital Motors is seeking a confident Finance Business Manager to join their team in the ACT. The role focuses on identifying and converting vehicle finance opportunities and presenting competitive finance proposals to customers.

You will work with sales staff and lenders to ensure timely approvals, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver a high-quality customer experience from enquiry to delivery. Experience in automotive finance and a relevant finance qualification are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in automotive finance or related role.
• A relevant qualification in finance, banking, business, financial services or related discipline.
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and convert vehicle finance opportunities.
• Assess customers’ financial requirements and present suitable finance proposals with repayment options.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, sales consultants and lenders.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and deliver a high-quality customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
