Job summary

SMART AVR, part of AMA Group, is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our Smithfield operation and drive strong operational, commercial and customer outcomes. You will oversee day-to-day operations, interpret P&L and budgets, and build relationships with insurers and repair partners to grow the business while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team.
Oversee day-to-day operations at the Smithfield site.
Monitor performance against budgets and KPIs.
Review P&L reports to identify opportunities for improvement.

Build partnerships with insurers, repair shops, dealerships and industry stakeholders.
Identify new work opportunities and expand services.
