Auto Masters Plainland is seeking a 3rd or 4th Year Automotive Apprentice to join our team and grow into a genuine servicing specialist. Youll work side-by-side with experienced Senior Mechanics, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of makes and models in a supportive workshop.

Qualifications

• 2nd year completed as an apprentice.
• Own basic set of tools.
• Reliable transport and a valid manual drivers licence.
• Strong work ethic and hunger to learn.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on servicing, with mentor support to build diagnostic and repair skills.
• Carry out quality control checks and vehicle inspections.
• Test drive vehicles to confirm the jobs been done right.
• Maintain workmanship and attention to detail.
• Keep the workshop clean, organised and running well.
• Meet deadlines and work efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2nd year completed as an Apprentice
• Your own basic set of tools
• Experience in a busy workshop (highly desirable)
• Reliable transport and a valid manual driver's licence
• A strong work ethic and genuine hunger to learn
• Sharp attention to detail and good problem-solving instincts
• A positive, team-first attitude
• Good communication skills
• Available Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturday mornings
