City Automobiles Melbourne (City Kia) is seeking a self-motivated Accounts Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will support day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, and general office administration in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling statements, allocating receipts, and assisting with stock control. Experience with Pentana is highly regarded.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year experience as accounts administrator (payables/receivables/bank reconciliation) in the automotive industry.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience with bank reconciliations.
• Exposure to dealership management systems; Pentana experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Reconcile supplier statements and handle supplier queries.
• Allocate customer receipts and reconcile customer accounts.
• Process daily bank statements and reconcile monthly credit card statements.
• Assist with vehicle stock control and general administrative tasks as needed.
