Job summary

Vectiq is seeking multiple Functional Automation Testers to join an Australian Government digital transformation program. You will test applications built on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, and design, develop, and execute automated regression tests across UI and API layers.

Role involves integrating automation into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines with a baseline clearance requirement and Canberra hybrid working arrangement.

The Opportunity

Vectiq is seeking multiple Functional Automation Testers to join an Australian Government digital transformation program.

You will work across manual and automated testing, supporting applications built using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including Power Pages, Power Apps and Dataverse.

The role will involve designing, developing, executing and maintaining automated regression tests across both UI and API/integration layers, with automation integrated into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

We are looking for testers with

• Experience testing Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform
• Strong UI automation experience using Playwright, Selenium, EasyRepro or similar
• API/integration automation experience using Postman/Newman, REST Assured, Playwright API or similar
• Experience integrating automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Strong functional, integration, system, regression and UAT testing experience
• Experience with VS Code, Git, defect management and test reporting
• Understanding of Agile delivery and SDLC principles

You don’t need to be an expert across every tool. These roles will suit testers with strong automation foundations who are hands‑on, adaptable and comfortable learning new technologies and business domains quickly.

Experience with ISTQB Automation Certification, deeper Dynamics 365/Dataverse testing, Power BI, API Management, server‑side/plugin logic or Jira will be highly valued.
