Job summary

APG Workforce in Canberra is seeking an experienced Functional Automation Tester to deliver both manual and automated testing across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform within a major Federal Government digital transformation program. You will design, build and maintain regression suites for UI and API layers and ensure quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

Experience testing Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Dataverse solutions.
Proven skills in functional, integration, regression and UAT testing.
Strong test automation experience with Playwright/Selenium/EasyRepro or similar tools.
Experience automating UI and API testing in enterprise environments.
Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and defect management.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.
Baseline Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

Design, develop and execute manual and automated test activities.
Test Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Pages and Dataverse solutions.
Create and maintain automated regression test suites for UI and API layers.
Perform functional, integration, system, regression and UAT testing.
Analyse requirements and develop test scenarios and test cases.
Identify, manage and report defects through to resolution.
Integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with analysts, developers, product owners and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
Contribute to testing standards, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
