Qualifications

• Australian citizenship at time of application and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Driving an automation-first approach, developing and documenting best practices for the platform.
• Troubleshooting incidents, identifying root cause, implementing preventative measures.
• Collaborating across TOCIO and business units to identify improvements and optimal integration solutions.
• Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to determine best solutions for requirements.
