Qualifications

• Sales experience in internal sales or customer service preferred.
• Interest in technology, automation or industrial solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple quotations and customer enquiries concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth within an assigned customer portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone, email and online engagement.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare and follow up quotations for products, solutions and projects.
• Manage the sales process from opportunity to order.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to execute account plans.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers with pricing and lead times.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in the CRM and contribute to forecasting.
