Job summary

Pinnacle Investment Management Group is seeking a Digital Solutions and Automation Analyst to partner with stakeholders across the business. You will help identify efficiency gaps, design actionable plans, and contribute to AI and automation initiatives that boost performance.

You will support change management, assist in project governance and progress reporting, and develop practical digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to drive measurable improvements in our Sydney or Brisbane

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or STEM with excellent grades.
• Experience or strong interest in developing automation and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Agents, Power Apps).
• Experience in business analysis or consulting, through work experience or university case competition.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• A passion for driving change and improving business processes.
• A curious and growth-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify efficiency gaps, uncover improvement opportunities, and develop actionable plans that drive meaningful change.
• Contribute to the design, development and execution of digital solutions and AI/automation projects aimed at improving business performance.
• Support change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Assist in project governance, including tracking milestones, managing risks, and preparing progress reports for leadership.
