Sunco Motors is seeking an Administration Clerk to join our team in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. This full-time role offers variety and a positive environment focused on quality service and excellence.

You will handle vehicle registrations, accounts payable/receivable, banking, deal processing, warranty processing and reconciliations, along with general clerical duties. Payroll and ongoing training support growth within a family-owned, multi-dealership business.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excel and accounting software proficient.
• Basic accounting knowledge including journals and trial balance.
• High attention to detail with accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Professional presentation is important.
• Dealership experience including Warranty and Registration is an advantage.
