Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia) is seeking a Working in Partnership Lead to build strong stakeholder relationships and embed collaboration across the organisation. You will lead the Autism Plan implementation, facilitate advisory groups, co-produce outcomes with Autistic people, and drive continuous cultural improvement.

The role is permanent, part-time at 0.8 FTE (4 days/week) with total remuneration of AUD 106,000 per annum, including super.

Qualifikationen

• Lived experience as autistic person.
• High‑level written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical, research and report-writing abilities.
• Understanding of decision-making and policy in not-for-profit settings.
• Knowledge of social policy and human services issues.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate implementation of the Aspect Autism Plan.
• Oversee quality standards of Working in Partnership Charter.
• Facilitate the Aspect Advisory Council and Think Tank.
• Coordinate lived experience co-production across Aspect.
• Support cultural improvement in partnership with Autistic people and share consultation outcomes.
• Drive engagement and communication of the Autism Plan and Charter.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on implementation and impact.
