Job summary

Aspect is a leading autism-specific service provider in Australia, seeking a Working in Partnership Lead within the People, Culture and Safety team. The role drives collaboration, oversees the Autism Plan and Partnership Charter, and leads advisory groups to improve outcomes for autistic people.

The position requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and policy understanding, with travel across states as needed.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence and own vehicle for business purposes.
• Flexibility to undertake state and interstate travel.
• Working with Children Check (NSW) and National Police Check (Aspect).
• Demonstrated successful project management experience.
• High-level proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• High-quality analytical, research and report-writing skills.
• Understanding of social policy and service-delivery issues in a human services environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of the Aspect Autism Plan.
• Oversee the Working in Partnership Charter and align with strategic pillars and goals.
• Facilitate the Aspect Advisory Council and Think Tank.
• Coordinate lived experience co-production across Aspect.
• Support continuous cultural improvement in partnership with Autistic people and feedback outcomes to groups.
• Drive engagement and communication to promote awareness of the Autism Plan and Partnership Charter.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on the Autism Plan and Partnership Charter.
• Demonstrate high-level written and oral communication for different audiences.
• Deliver high-quality analysis, research and reporting.
• Influence and engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
