Job summary

Clio, the global leader in legal AI, seeks a Payroll Specialist to join the Sydney payroll team. You will run Australian payroll end to end and coordinate with global EOR partners, ensuring PAYG withholding, Superannuation, and year-end reporting compliance.

You'll manage payroll inputs, statutory reporting, and Workday-related processes, while supporting cross-border payroll work and audits. Strong attention to detail and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience including Australian payroll end to end.
• Strong knowledge of PAYG withholding, Superannuation Guarantee, payroll tax, and year-end reporting.
• Experience with third-party providers or EOR/global payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll for Australia-based employees and grow to APAC as needed.
• Manage payroll inputs, validations, and fringe benefits.
• Handle statutory reporting and remittances per Australian requirements.
