Job summary

Beam is seeking a creative Communications and Marketing Lead to build brand awareness and drive pipeline in Australia. You’ll own the strategy and execution of all communications and marketing efforts in Australia, including content creation, sales enablement, events and field marketing, demand generation and PR.

You’re a full-stack marketer with ownership, able to contribute across growth, content or field marketing, and to develop new capabilities in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience across social media, content marketing, PR, events, email marketing and/or demand generation.
• Ability to learn new disciplines quickly and become a Swiss Army Knife of Marcomms.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong ownership and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of all communications and marketing efforts in Australia.
• Develop integrated marcomms activities including content creation, events, PR, and demand gen.
• Create customer stories, influencer marketing, slides, ABM and sales enablement.
