Job summary

Beam is seeking a Communications and Marketing Lead for Australia to own the strategy, execution and outcomes across content, PR, events and demand generation. You will partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify opportunities, craft compelling stories and accelerate growth through multi-channel campaigns.

You will manage a full-stack marcomms remit, from thought leadership to influencer outreach, webinars, and field events, with a strong ownership mindset and a passion for storytelling.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in marketing/comms within tech or startup.
Experience across social media, content marketing, PR, events, email marketing or demand generation.
Ability to own Australia marcomms with strong storytelling and ownership mindset.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and execution of all communications and marketing efforts in Australia.
Build brand awareness and drive pipeline across all channels.
Create content for web, blogs, video, one-pagers and social; enable sales through compelling assets.
Lead events, field marketing, demand generation and PR to accelerate growth.
Develop integrated Marcomms plans, testing and optimizing across channels.
