Job summary

Beam is seeking a Communications and Marketing Lead in Australia to build brand awareness and drive pipeline. You’ll work autonomously as the sole marketer for Australia, shaping marcomms strategy and collaborating with Sales and CS to identify opportunities.

You’ll lead a range of activities from customer stories and PR to events, webinars, and newsletters, with a focus on AI in frontline work and society impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing/comms, with demonstrated storytelling ability.
• Experience across content marketing, PR, events, email marketing and/or demand generation.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and own marcomms for a region.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Becoming an expert and trusted partner in your vertical, collaborating with Sales and CS to identify opportunities.
• Speak with customers to understand frontline work and AI impacts.
• Lead the integrated Marcomms strategy and execute activities including customer stories, PR, influencer partnerships, ABM, events, webinars, and newsletters.
