Job summary

BEAM, inc. in Australia seeks a creative Communications and Marketing Lead to build brand awareness and drive pipeline across Australia.

You’ll own the strategy and execution of all communications and marketing efforts, including content creation, sales enablement, events, demand generation, and PR. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to tell compelling stories and grow Beam’s presence in the region.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in marketing/communications.
• Experience with social media, content marketing, PR, events, email marketing and/or demand generation.
• Proficient with Hubspot, Webflow, Figma and Customer.io.

Responsibilities

• Own the Australia communications and marketing strategy and execution.
• Develop content across website, blogs, video, social and one-pagers.
• Enable sales with compelling collateral, ABM materials and training.
• Plan and run events, conferences and field marketing to drive pipeline.
• Lead demand generation across paid and organic channels.
• Coordinate PR, partner and influencer activities.
