Job summary

Beam is seeking a creative, hands-on Communications and Marketing Lead to build brand awareness and drive pipeline in Australia. You’ll own strategy and execution across content, events, PR, and sales enablement, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success.

As a full-stack marketer, you’ll shape stories, nurture influencer networks, and develop new capabilities in a supportive team. You’ll work across multiple channels, including webinars, thought leadership, newsletters, and field marketing,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience in B2B or tech.
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
• Ability to own end-to-end marcomms across channels.
• Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Australia-wide communications and marketing strategy.
• Create content, enable sales, and manage events and field marketing.
• Run demand generation, PR, influencer partnerships, and ABM.
• Lead measurement and reporting to optimize campaigns.
