Job summary

Twinings & Co is seeking a senior IT leader to head the Australian IT function, partnering with senior leadership to drive technology strategy and execution. You will own operations, governance, and transformation programs while building a high-performing local IT team.

You will oversee ERP, data analytics, dashboards (Power BI), and system integrations, aligning regional priorities with global transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related fields.
• 8–12+ years of IT experience.
• Strong background in ERP, Data & Analytics including PowerBI, System Integration, and Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead local IT function and technology partner for Twinings Australia.
• Own day-to-day IT operations and service delivery.
• Drive local transformation projects and annual IT budget planning and governance.
• Manage security, compliance, and risk across the local IT landscape.
• Develop prototypes, dashboards, reports and automation solutions as needed.
• Coach, develop and lead the local IT team to deliver reliable services.
