Job summary

Twinings & Co Australia is seeking an experienced Financial Control & Reporting Manager to own the integrity of financial reporting, budgeting, and external reporting. You will lead month-end close, group reporting, and governance across a high‑performing finance function.

The role requires CA/CPA qualification, strong technical accounting judgement, and proven leadership in a complex environment. A hybrid working model and access to development resources are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for complex financial matters.
• Demonstrated judgement, integrity and stakeholder engagement.
• Significant experience in financial control, reporting and compliance in a complex business.
• Ability to design and improve finance processes and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Own financial control framework, balance-sheet integrity and controls by design.
• Lead statutory reporting, external/audit coordination, tax and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee month-end close, forecasting, budgeting and group reporting.
• Manage treasury, FX, financial risk and delegated-authority compliance.
• Drive data quality, system governance (BC) and continuous improvement.
