Twinings & Co is seeking a BizTX Manager to lead the local IT function in Australia, partnering with senior leadership to translate business priorities into technology solutions. You will drive operational stability, governance, and end-to-end transformation initiatives across the Australian arm.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12+ years of IT experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of ERP, data analytics, and Power Platform. Role supports hybrid working and strategic regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of IT experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading an IT/technology team.

Responsibilities

• Lead local IT function and team for Twinings Australia; partner with business leaders.
• Own day-to-day IT operations and service delivery; ensure availability of apps.
• Manage incidents, root-cause analysis, and service improvements.
• Lead end-to-end IT/digital transformation projects; coordinate with APAC Transformation Director.
• Budget, vendor management and cost control for local IT.
