Job summary

XPeng Australia is seeking a Dealer Business Manager to lead sales operations across a designated district, drive dealer network performance, and achieve targets in the Australian market.

You will collaborate with the Regional Manager and Service Manager to ensure market coverage, inventory allocation, and dealer development, while guiding training, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer network performance and relationships within the assigned district.
• Drive quarterly/annual sales targets and monitor key metrics such as SSI/NPS.
• Coordinate district-level inventory allocation and dealer support activities.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager, Service Manager and headquarters on market expansion.
