Power Electronics Australia is seeking an experienced Engineer to supervise a small team at our Eagle Farm HQ. You will lead Front Office, Quality and Technical Specialist roles, providing remote support to field technicians and driving data-driven improvements.

With 5+ years in engineering, a strong safety and quality mindset, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, you will optimise parts and maintain critical documentation while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience leading a small team.
• At least 5 years as an engineer with a focus on safety and quality.
• Strong electrical knowledge and hands-on skills.
• Customer-focused with flexibility to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three: Front Office Engineer, Quality Engineer and Technical Specialist.
• Provide remote technical support to field technicians.
• Analyse field and warranty data to prevent recurring issues.
• Optimise spare parts and safety stock levels.
• Build dashboards tracking field reliability and performance.
