Job summary

You will drive compliance, training, monitoring and assurance for Australia and PNG, shaping adherence to global standards while aligning with local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services compliance, incl. insurance broking.
• Ability to assess new laws/regulations and regulatory trends.
• Strong reporting skills and data-led analysis.
• Experience leading onshore/offshore teams and blended resource models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Australia component of the APAC Compliance team.
• Drive global compliance program adoption locally with regulatory alignment.
• Develop talent and provide feedback across the team.
• Maintain Aon's worldwide policies and local addenda.
• Collaborate with Risk, Law and Compliance to ensure scalable services.
• Champion continuous improvement including AI and digital tools.
• Engage with regulators and advise on regulatory changes.
