Job summary

Aon Australia and Papua New Guinea (PNG) business is seeking a Head of Compliance to lead the APAC Law and Compliance team. You will manage all compliance duties, collaborate with key stakeholders across Law, Risk and the business, and drive the global Compliance Program locally to support sustainable growth.

This full-time role based in Sydney offers flexibility to work remotely at times and the opportunity to influence enterprise risk management across APAC, with onshore and offshore

Qualifications

• Operational compliance management experience in financial services.
• Experience advising on new laws, regulations and regulatory trends within financial services compliance.
• Process-orientated with reporting, data-led analysis and an interest in using AI and digital tools to deliver scalable compliance services.
• Degree in law, finance, business, or commerce.

Responsibilities

• Manage all compliance duties for Australia and PNG businesses.
• Lead and develop the Australian compliance team across onshore and offshore colleagues.
• Collaborate with APAC regulators and global Compliance Program to apply standards locally.
• Drive scalable, efficient compliance services and reporting across the organization.
