Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an Aurion systems administrator with strong Aurion technical skills.
• Experience applying pay and conditions of service policies, procedures and employment provisions.
• Sound written and oral communications skills.
• Proven ability to mentor staff in Aurion capability.
• Demonstrated capacity to engage with staff, clients and stakeholders.
• Positive drive for process and system improvement.
• High standard of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Configuration and maintenance of the Aurion system to ensure compliance with legislation, policies and guidelines.
• Execute fortnightly pay run with reconciliation and reporting.
• Organise structure and position maintenance.
• Upload and manage payroll files through banking software.
• Develop, validate and deliver reports using Aurion Query Tool and other tools.
• Test upgrades and IT integrations with stakeholders.
• Maintain system controls for security.
• Develop documentation including SOPs and staff notices.
• Collaborate with colleagues on payroll priorities and Aurion project activities.
• Assist staff with Aurion related queries.
