PKF Perth is seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to lead complex audit engagements and deliver high-quality assurance work for a diverse client base in Western Australia.

You will develop team members, manage client relationships and contribute to practice growth while upholding professional ethics and robust risk management. Oil & Gas sector experience is highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading audit engagements at Supervisor/Junior Manager level.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing, accounting and financial reporting standards.
• Experience auditing Oil & Gas clients.
• Proven ability to lead engagement teams and review work.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Commitment to quality, ethics and continuous improvement.
• Ability to identify, manage and escalate risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio.
• Manage client relationships and act as a key contact throughout engagements.
• Review audit workpapers and provide coaching to team members.
• Identify and resolve technical audit issues with sound judgement.
• Manage engagement budgets, WIP and deadlines.
• Support mentoring of graduates and junior auditors.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and new opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement in audit processes and methodologies.
