Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Audit Division, including preparing, formatting and distributing documents and correspondence.
  • Managing records, filing systems and shared audit resources.
  • Coordinating meetings, calendars, reminders and divisional communications.
  • Assisting with engagement administration, including client documentation, confirmations and external searches.
  • Maintaining accurate engagement records, and supporting engagement setup, completion and archiving.
  • Supporting staff scheduling, onboarding, resource coordination and divisional events and training sessions.
  • Maintaining information within audit systems, SharePoint and internal databases.
  • Assisting with billing administration, expense processing and reporting.
  • Coordinating training activities, learning resources and professional development records.

PKF Perth is seeking an Audit Administration Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our Audit & Assurance Division. The Audit Admin Assistant will work closely with the Audit Operations Lead, Partners and the wider audit team.

The opportunity

The Audit Admin Assistant provides administrative and operational support to our Audit & Assurance Division, working closely with the Audit Operations Lead, Partners and the wider audit team. You'll coordinate administrative processes, maintain records and systems, support team activities and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the division - a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys structure, systems and supporting a busy professional services team.
