We are now in the market for an Audit Manager; you will join Group Audit and report to the Head of Audit – Australia & New Zealand. You will help keep Zurich safe by delivering high-quality audits that provide meaningful insight, strengthen decision-making and support better outcomes for our customers and business.

You will work locally and across our international audit community, bringing together diverse perspectives and innovative approaches. Through data analytics, technology and GenAI, you will help shape a forward-thinking audit function that is ready for the future.

You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering high-quality audits on time, within budget and in collaboration with Group Audit’s Centres of Excellence
  • Leading risk assessments, audit planning and scoping to identify key risks and evaluate the control environment
  • Preparing clear, insightful audit reports that explain business impact, root causes and agreed action
  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and maintain open, constructive communication throughout each audit
  • Coaching team members and fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, experimentation and continuous learning
