Knox Audiology in Wantirna and Boronia is seeking a warm, reliable Audiology Receptionist to join our friendly team, providing client care, clinic coordination and healthcare administration in a patient-centered setting.
You will greet clients, manage appointments, process payments and assist Audiologists, with training provided for basic hearing aid support and third-party claiming.
Knox Audiology is seeking a warm, reliable and client-focused Audiology Receptionist to join our friendly team across our Wantirna and Boronia clinics.
This role is about more than reception. It is about helping to turn a client's concern into a clear next step to understand their health and get the support they need. As one of the first points of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in helping people feel welcomed, reassured and supported as they seek answers for their ear and hearing concerns.
This role may be particularly suited to someone currently working in a hearing clinic, allied health, optical, dental, GP or specialist medical setting who enjoys client care and healthcare administration, but is looking for a more client-centred environment without sales targets or commission pressure. You will still use your client service, clinic coordination and hearing healthcare knowledge, but in a setting focused on care, education, clinical support and long-term community relationships.
You will support the day-to-day running of the front desk and help ensure clients, Audiologists and Specialists receive a high standard of administrative and client service support.
The ideal candidate is a calm, dependable and service-oriented professional who enjoys helping people and is comfortable working in a busy healthcare environment. Full-time is preferred; however, we are open to considering part-time applicants with strong medical reception, hearing clinic or allied health experience who are available for a minimum of 4 days per week. Flexibility to support a later shift on a Thursday evening and up to one Saturday per month will be regarded favourably.
Knox Audiology offers a supportive, values-led team environment where client care, collaboration and professional growth are genuinely important.
Remuneration will be based on experience and background.
For over 30 years, Knox Audiology has been a trusted independent audiology and specialist medical clinic, known for service excellence, personalised care and strong connections with the local community. We work closely with Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists and other health professionals, and provide a wide range of diagnostic and hearing rehabilitation services.
Our mission is to improve the hearing of our local community to connect them to their world. Our values are Empathy, Integrity and Trust, Initiative, Respect and Gratitude.
Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
Applications will be assessed on a rolling basis.
