Job summary

ITbility is seeking an Audio-Visual Officer in Canberra to ensure seamless meeting and presentation experiences across multiple sites. You will manage AV resources, coordinate with vendors, and handle incidents to keep services reliable and ready for use.

You will address routine AV requests from intake to closure, ensuring proper equipment and room setups, while delivering excellent customer service. This is a 12-month contract and requires Australian working rights and a valid licence.

Qualifications

• Experience providing audio visual and video conferencing support within a corporate environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to AV systems and collaboration technologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a commitment to customer service.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Current Australian Driver Licence (Class C minimum) or the ability to obtain one.
• Full working rights in Australia and ability to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1.
