Job summary
Xpt Software in Australia seeks an experienced Atlassian Migration Lead to drive Jira and Confluence cloud migrations from planning through go-live. You will lead migration waves, coordinate testing, and guide engineers, administrators, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless cloud transformation.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Atlassian, deep Jira/JSM/Confluence expertise, and hands-on JCMA/CCMA experience, plus strong client communication and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of Atlassian experience.
- Strong expertise in Jira Software, JSM, and Confluence.
- Experience with Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) and Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA).
- Strong understanding of workflows, schemes, permissions, automations, and Marketplace Apps.
- Excellent client communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Jira and Confluence migration activities from planning through production cutover.
- Coordinate migration waves, testing cycles, and go-live activities.
- Support project, issue, workflow, space, and attachment migration activities.
- Ensure migration deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Provide guidance to Atlassian Engineers, Developers, and Administrators.
