Job summary

Hicksons | Hunt & Hunt | Holman Webb, a leading Australian commercial law firm with offices in Sydney and other cities, seeks an Associate/Senior Associate with CTP experience to join the Insurance team.

You will handle submissions to the Personal Injury Commission, advise on Certificates, and manage some Common Law matters under partner supervision, while maintaining meticulous client service and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post admission experience in CTP.
• Team player with strong organization and collaboration.
• Excellent client-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare submissions to the Personal Injury Commission (PIC) for CTP claims.
• Advise on Certificates and grounds for Review; prepare Applications or Replies.
• Manage some Common Law claims under partner supervision; set reserves and correspond with parties.
• Complete client report templates.
