Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) in Adelaide is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to lead a nursing team within Mental Health Services. This role focuses on safe, recovery-focused care for people with complex mental health needs and involves practice development and service delivery.

You will manage staffing, rosters, leave and resources while driving practice change, quality improvement and staff development, supporting the team and improving consumer outcomes.

• Registered Nurse with NMBA practising certificate.
• Experience caring for people with complex mental health needs.
• Experience leading, coordinating and developing nursing teams.
• Skilled in change, quality improvement and clinical systems.
