Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Sydney is seeking an Associate to join our market‑leading Corporate, M&A/Financial Sponsors Group. You will work on significant capital markets and M&A transactions for premier fund managers, advising domestic and international clients on complex deals.

As a member of the team you will collaborate with partner Fadi Khoury and the national Corporate group, bringing strong technical capability, commercial judgement and a proactive, client‑focused approach to high‑value

Qualifications

• Approximately 2+ years post-qualification experience in corporate, M&A or capital markets.
• Experience at a leading Australian, international or specialist corporate, M&A or capital markets practice.
• Experience in capital markets and/or capital raisings is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Work on capital markets and M&A transactions for premier fund managers.
• Advise domestic and international clients on complex, high-value deals.
• Collaborate with partner Fadi Khoury and the national Corporate team.
