You will handle complex mandates in Public M&A, Private Capital & Equity, and Regulatory Advisory for an elite client base, with ongoing mentorship and strategic involvement. Ideal candidates have 4+ years PQE in a top-ranked corporate practice, whether in Australia or internationally, and

• 4+ years PQE in corporate practice.

• Strong drafting and analytical skills.

We are partnering with a heavyweight Australian law firm known for its dominance in the corporate landscape. They are seeking a dynamic Corporate lawyer to join their powerhouse practice in Sydney and benefit from direct, day-to-day access to three prominent Partners who are at the forefront of the industry.

The Opportunity

You will be acting for an elite client base including top-tier corporations and major financial sponsors. Your work will involve complex and interesting mandates currently in the market including Public M&A, Private Capital & Equity, and Regulatory Advisory.

This is not a “seat-filler” role. You will be actively involved in strategy and execution, working closely with Partners who are committed to your professional development and mentorship.
