Troocoo Pty in Brisbane CBD seeks an Associate Director to lead a high-performing technology recruitment practice. You will own the delivery of quarterly and annual targets while shaping strategy across the division.

The role blends hands-on recruitment with advisory oversight, mentoring candidate managers and consultants, and stepping into divisional leadership when required. It offers a two-days-per-week work-from-home arrangement and a competitive remuneration package.

Overview

This senior-level billing role carries full accountability for achieving individual quarterly and annual financial targets while also contributing to the broader business. In addition to managing day-to-day recruitment operations, the position provides advisory support to candidate managers, consultants, and senior consultants.

With the capability to step into divisional leadership responsibilities when required, including in the absence of the Divisional Director, this role plays a key part in maintaining team performance and direction. Focused specifically on Technology and Transformation recruitment within the utilities, resources and heavy industries.

Role focus

A strong focus on mentorship and skills development ensures ongoing growth within the team. With a whole-of-business mindset, the position actively contributes to the success of both the division and the wider Troocoo business through collaboration and leadership.

Typically, the role holds responsibility for a permanent, contracting, or hybrid budget within a dedicated practice area, consistently demonstrating the behaviours and high performance standards expected of a senior level professional.
