NAB's JBWere CIO Office seeks an Associate Director to join the Fixed Income team in Australia. You will influence investment research, portfolio construction and adviser recommendations, bringing high-quality fixed income insights to advisers, clients and market stakeholders.

You will work with the JBWere team on key business priorities, enhancing how we serve customers and support NAB's ambition to be the most customer-centric bank in Australia and New Zealand.

Qualificações

• Deep knowledge of public fixed income markets with experience in research and analysis.
• Experience in fixed income product selection or portfolio management support.
• Postgraduate studies CFA, FINSIA, MBA or similar viewed favourably.

Responsabilidades

• Support Head of Fixed Income Strategy in delivering high-quality fixed income research and portfolio management.
• Research issuers and tradable fixed income securities for client portfolios.
• Provide investment insights to JBWere advisers, clients and NAB-aligned advisory networks.
• Contribute to asset allocation and portfolio decisions against benchmarks and peers.
• Maintain and enhance proprietary research publications and reporting tools.

In the role of Associate Director, you will work closely with our JBWere team, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

You’ll make an impact each day by:

• Supporting the Head of Fixed Income Strategy in delivering and maintaining high-quality fixed income research and portfolio management services
• Researching issuers and tradeable fixed income securities to inform their suitability across client, discretionary and illustrative portfolios
• Providing investment insights and recommendations to JBWere advisers, clients and NAB-aligned advisory networks
• Contributing to asset allocation and portfolio management decisions, including portfolio performance against relevant benchmarks and peers
• Maintaining and enhancing proprietary research publications, portfolio management tools, pricing tools and investment reporting

You’ll bring to this role:

• Deep knowledge of public fixed income markets, supported by extensive experience in fixed income research and analysis
• Demonstrated experience in fixed income product selection, portfolio construction and/or portfolio management support
• Strong research, analytical and performance evaluation capability, with proficiency using Bloomberg and S&P and Moody’s research
• The ability to translate complex fixed income analysis into clear, credible investment views for advisers, clients and senior stakeholders
• A relevant degree in commerce, economics, business or finance, with CFA, FINSIA, MBA or similar postgraduate study viewed favourably
