• Preparing pre-tender estimates and cost plans.
• Reviewing and assessing variations and progress claims.
• Conducting cost benchmarking and detailed data analysis.
• Providing cost and commercial advice to project teams.
• Conducting peer reviews of external cost plans and internal cost estimates.
• Reviewing project cost risks and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
