Job summary

PageUp People Limited is seeking an Associate Director for Clinical Safety Systems in Adelaide. You will lead the Clinical Safety Systems work stream, manage a multidisciplinary team, and drive strategic planning, development, implementation and evaluation of safety and data programs to improve statewide healthcare quality.

Overview:

• The Associate Director Clinical Safety Systems is responsible for leading and managing the Clinical Safety Systems work stream and managing a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of critical programs, projects and services within the Safety & Quality Unit.
• The position leads and oversees the strategic planning, development, implementation and evaluation of a clinical safety systems and data program and related projects that promote, inform and support systematic statewide improvement in the safety and quality of health care.
• The Associate Director Clinical Safety Systems leads and oversees the development, implementation and evaluation of engagement and communication strategies and plans and provides specialist consultancy to statewide initiatives that deliver continuous improvement in clinical safety systems, data governance and data integrity.
