Job summary

AECOM in Perth is seeking an experienced Architect, Associate Director, to lead design direction and client engagement across complex projects in Australia. This role blends design leadership, project delivery and multidisciplinary coordination to deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect (WA) with 15+ years' experience and current registration.
• Strong architectural experience across complex projects with design and delivery.
• Proven leadership skills with mentoring and team growth.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strategic mindset to grow AECOM's architectural offering.
• Collaborative approach to mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership and technical oversight across architectural projects.
• Drive excellence in project delivery and design quality.

• Mentor architects and designers across the team.
