Ideal candidates have 10+ years in building services consulting, a relevant engineering degree, and a strong Queensland client network.

An International building services engineering consultancy, founded in Australia more than a decade ago, has grown to around 300 people. They deliver 18 engineering disciplines in-house and are trusted on some of the most complex buildings in the country.

This newly created Associate Director role offers the opportunity to drive business growth and shape the future of the Brisbane office. You'll spend 80% of your time building client relationships, winning work and securing projects across health, education, aviation and sport.
The remaining 20% focuses on project direction, overseeing client relationships, fees and commercial performance while specialist teams lead the design.

• Experience managing project fees, forecasts and financials
• Health or education sector relationships highly regarded
• Fire, hydraulics or fire safety backgrounds also considered
• Data centre project exposure an advantage
