Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or near completion in a related field (business, IT, analytics, or comp sci).
• Exposure to PM, BA, customer success, or project management via work or studies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to build strong relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex processes.
• Excellent written communication for clear documentation.
• Proficient with MS Office; eager to learn Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders during implementations, pilots, and rollouts.
• Lead customer meetings, discovery sessions, and workshops to capture requirements and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into solutions.
• Coordinate onboarding, implementations, and pilots to ensure successful delivery.
• Create and maintain user guides, release notes, training materials, and resources.
• Analyze customer feedback, conduct market research, and support release planning.
