Sparke Helmore in Brisbane invites a Lawyer or Associate to join its Corporate & Commercial team, working with Brad Vinning. This is an opportunity to advance your corporate law career with exposure to mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, investment rounds and sophisticated transactions.

You will work directly with founders, private businesses, investors and listed entities across multiple industries.

Competenze

1–3 years' PQE or recently admitted with relevant pre-admission experience in corporate, commercial or transactional practice.
Interest in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and private capital work.
Strong drafting, analytical and attention-to-detail skills with a proactive and commercial approach.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships with clients and colleagues.
Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm to learn from experienced practitioners while contributing to a supportive team culture.
